Google&#8217;s Transliteration IME is a type in method editor which help the users to type in text in one of the <strong>22 supported languages<\/strong> using a normal  keyboard.<\/div>\n<div>The important thing is you need not to be  ONLINE to get it working.  It works in offline too.<\/div>\n<div>Note that this is <strong>not<\/strong> the same as <strong>translation<\/strong> &#8211; it is the sound of the words that is converted from one alphabet to the other, not their substance.<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\">22 different languages are supported for the time being and they are &#8211; Amharic, Arabic, Bengali, Farsi (Persian), Greek, Gujarati, Hebrew, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Nepali, Oriya, Punjabi, Russian, Sanskrit, Serbian, Sinhalese, Tamil, Telugu, Tigrinya and Urdu.<\/div>\n<div>You need Requires Windows 7\/Vista\/XP to install <strong>Google&#8217;s Transliteration IM.<br \/>\nFollow the steps below to make your PC ready to use Malayalam Ready &#8211; both offline and online <\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ol>\n<li>Visit this page <a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/ime\/transliteration\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.google.com\/ime\/transliteration\/ <\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.google.com\/ime\/transliteration\/\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Select your language\n<\/li>\n<li>Press the Download Google IME button<\/li>\n<li>.exe file named &#8220;googlemalayalaminputsetup.exe&#8221; will be downloaded soon<\/li>\n<li>Install it. Once the installation is over then<\/li>\n<li>Open <strong>Control panel<\/strong> &#8212; <strong>&#8220;Regional &amp; Language Options<\/strong>&#8220;<\/li>\n<li>Go to the tab &#8221; keyboards and languages&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Click on &#8220;change keyboard&#8221;
